2x4mm ⌀ screw holes or a standard command strip can be used for mounting.
I recommend printing from PETG or ASA, as this part benefits from the ability to flex a little; you may find PLA to be too brittle, and it has a tendency to creep under stress.
Otherwise, use a good number of walls (I used 5) with a resonable infill
(approx. 15%) and print in the orientation provided. No supports are required.
