My CW Morse Paddle paddles warped from the heat in my car-just the paddles. The box/housing for it was fine, but the paddles themselves warped badly. My sending isn't that great anyway, so throw a warped 3d printed paddle in the mix and suddenly you can't send your callsign!
Print these in something more heat resistant than PLA if you can. There's a little work to do disassembling and reassembling, but you'll have straight paddles when you're done. Don't lose those tiny parts and screws… and remember where they went!
