NR200 Front Panel Collection

This collection offers four different designed front panels. Example pictures show models printed in PLA on a Bambu Lab P1S.

Panels A, B, and C are available in two versions.

• The first version has the mentioned panels come in two parts, the top portion and the bottom portion, so that model is printable on smaller printers, and are designed to interlock into one another and recommended to glue for final assembly.
  
  
  • Printing Instructions: Use tree supports, Bottom piece should be printed right side up, and top piece should be printed upside down. Reference picture below
     

• The Second version is the full model with no cuts for printers large enough to handle the panel. 
  
  
  • Printing Instructions:  If printing space fits full height then panel can be printed     standing straight up and tree support are needed. Another option if height is too tall is to print the panel on either its left or right side and just rotate panel to fit on the print plate (Print orientation I used) and again include tree supports. Reference picture below.
    
    
     
  • Note: Ribs on inside of panels work as support for bridging at the top ledge with this orientation and that is how I printed my full size panels. Saved time and material not building larger support trees.
     

Printing instructions are recommended based on my conditions but adjust accordingly based on your situation to achieve quality that you seek.

All panels use OEM clip to attach. Original clips can be found and downloaded at this link if new ones are needed.
