The original runner holder is very useful, but it slides away from the bench (stand) easily. I just created a peg from the small hole on the runner holder, preventing it from sliding off the bench. You can still take it off by tilting the holder upwards.
Just print it vertically, with the triangular-like shape sitting on the plate. It is a tight fit for me, and the layer lines help locking the peg in place.
I have only tested it with the single bench and the straight 10 bench. I think the peg might be too wide for the circular benches. I guess you can always cut the peg in half and plug it in from both sides.
