My can opener's turning lever recently broke. Instead of replacing the whole opener, I threw together a printable one. The hex profile tapers in to the mid plane a little, so it's guaranteed to be a snug fit.
I have only just printed this myself, so I can't say anything regarding the durability yet. You'll probably want to print it with more than two perimeters and 15% infill, though.
