Reccomend printing in PETG with supports on the build-plate only. If the print fails, try printing each part seperately, and rotating the bottom 90 degrees on the x axis, printing the topscrew at the angle it comes in, and the handle as is with no support and about 30% infill. Use the lowest layer height possible.

I find this design is better for shaving arms and legs than faces. I have cut myself a few times, it takes a bit of getting used to the different angle. PETG helps to reduce swelling or deformation due to water clogging, and it's slightly more flexible and able to take the strain of the screwthread. Add a bit of silicone lube to the screwthread if it feels tight. Don't over tighten it! The thread has been tuned just right.
