I recently moved into a house that needed new floor registers. I did not want to buy new ones and wanted to have a unique design.
Made in fusion 360.
The file has 2 bodies, and the center is used as the part to make the vent.
(Standard settings for 0.4 nozzle)
No top or bottom shells for the diffuser
1-2 walls
250% sparse infill line width (Makes it much stronger as a vent)
I would suggest Cubic, Gyroid, Crosshatch, Triangles, and honeycomb as infill patterns.
There is also a 2 part model for printing on smaller printers, normal model needs atleast 300mm wide bed.
