Unless your extremely lucky, most drawers won’t fit the Gridfinity baseplate perfectly. Since we have 3d printers we can get them to fit perfectly so the bins aren’t sliding around when you open the drawer quickly. It can be difficult to measure the insides of the drawer with calipers, so I made these spacers to allow you to quickly determine how much extra padding you need to add.

There are spacers from 1mm to 42mm. Each spacer should be printed twice. This print also has a lid to keep the spacers in place. The lid should be printed with the text facing the print bed.

No supports are needed. Optionally, you can do a single color swap near the end to get the text in a different color, no MMU required.

This project fits in a 5x2 grid.

I use Fusion 360 and there is a Gridfinity plugin that makes adding padding super easy.
