Made a model for F360
Taper starts at 17 mm OD and has a height of 15 mm with a 2 degree outward angle.
Printed in PLA with 0,4 mm nozzle on 0,2 quality settings
If you attempt to replicate the thread in F360
- Draw a 6,9 mm cilinder of your preferred mine is 10 mm
- use the “coil” option in F360.
- Select rotations & pitch (see below)
- depth of the thread is 0,4 mm [ = (7,7 - 6,9)/2 ]
- Join thread and cilinder.
- Schräder ID is 4,5 mm (no thread)
I added imperial for al non-metric users.
Metric: 7.7 mm OD, thread root diameter is 6.9 mm × 0.794 mm pitch.
Imperial: 0.305 in OD, thread root diameter 0.271 in × 32 tpi (threads per inch)
