For my youngest's upcoming birthday, instead of party bags, we've decided to do 3D printed mimic dice chests (in woodfill PLA) with dice in them, given most of his friends are into D&D. I found the design by ZachS which looked great, but the teeth were too fragile and the "snap fit" hinge needed some help with the heatgun to put together. I've modified the design with simpler/chunkier teeth and to use m3 screws as hinges.
The model should be printed at 0.2 or smaller, and needs supports - the 3mf has support enforcers already painted, and I strongly recommend organic/tree supports for this. They come away pretty easily, especially in the woodfill PLA.
The hinge uses m3x10 bolts to secure it together, and I used a m3 tap on the hinge mounts on the lid part. Depending on your printer you may need to run a 2.5mm drill bit through the holes first, and possibly a 3mm drill bit through the holes on the chest part. 1/8" hardware may work but I haven't tested it.
