The same idea as the inserts traditionally made of cork, the honeycomb pattern increases airflow. Put one or two of these under the sweatband of any hat of traditional design. Must be printed with a flexible material like TPU!
Two sizes:
- Small: 180mm x 18mm x 1.6mm, mostly for kid's hats.
- Standard: 210mm x 20mm x 2mm
- If you need it bigger, smaller, thicker or thinner, just scale it in your slicer!
