Print Instructions:
- Material: PLA (but you could use what you like)
- Indfill: I made it with 40% infill (3D honeycomb) just in case, but I think it should be rigid enaugh 15-25% as well.
- Perimeters: 3 or 4
- Layer height: 0.25mm for the 1. layer, 0.2 mm for the rest
- Use supports for the parts of the hinge
- Print orientation: as shown on the pictures
You need some off the shelf parts:
- M4 Hex nut (ISO 4032): 2 pcs
- M4 x 20 Hex bolt (ISO 4015): 1 pc
- M4 x 35 or 40 Hex bolt (ISO 4015): 1 pc
- Superglue (e.g. Loctite 401)
- Use some self adhesive furniture leg felt pads for the cushion
