Print the cooling shroud. PLA should work fine, but I used PETG. Using an SLA printer would be amazing I'm sure.
Mount (two) 50mm 5015 Blower Fans 24V onto the cooling shroud and splice the fans together on a single connector.
Unplug the stock fans from the print head and remove the metal fan cage assembly. Install the new assembly using the original screws. Plug in and test.
I have included a STEP file for those who want to modify.
