One of the plastic pieces on my wife's favorite easel (Winsor & Newton 7006210 Bristol Aluminum Sketching Easel) broke, so I measured it, coded up a replacement, and printed it. It uses a cam-lock to tighten against the aluminum extrusion, and my 3D printed part has a slightly different tolerance, so I also designed a replacement spacer that works without requiring too much force to activate the cam-lock.

I used an arbor press to punch out the original connecting hardware, and the same press to press it back into the 3D printed replacement part.

All of the required print settings/modifiers are already setup in the 3MF files, so use File > Open Project… from within PrusaSlicer on the 3MF file to automatically load them.

Supports are required, and print exactly in the orientation shown so the cam-lock travels with the layer lines, not against them.

I modeled the hole for hanging the crossbar the same size as the original, but she lost the splined button-head peg that should go inside, so I just ended up drilling it out slightly larger so I could screw in an M4x14mm bolt.

This easel isn't in production anymore, so I hope this can help someone in a similar situation!
