This 3D printed mount system is designed for building a simple 3-element Yagi antenna using 20mm PVC pipe as the boom and 8mm diameter rods for the elements. It’s ideal for amateur radio or experimental use.

The dipole center support fits inside a standard 82×42mm electrical box. Before installation, remove the internal plastic supports from the center of the box and insert the dipole holder.

Antenna Configuration:

  • Three elements: Reflector, Driven Element (Dipole), Director
  • Boom: 20mm outer diameter PVC pipe
  • Elements: 8mm diameter rods (not included)
  • Element lengths and spacing must be calculated based on your operating frequency using online Yagi calculators.

Dipole Center Support:

  • Fits inside a standard 82×42 electrical box
  • Central plastic fins must be removed before inserting the printed mount
  • Includes holes for secure mounting inside the box
  • The RF connector mount is positioned on the side of the box for easier cable connection
  • Each dipole half fits securely in place for easy soldering and connection

BOMMounting:

  • Each element support has holes at the bottom for screws or zip ties to securely fasten the parts to the PVC boom
  • Designed to work with M3 or self-tapping screws for a firm grip
