I built this to fill the holes left behind from my Unifi Cameras to leave the Ethernet in place. Inspired by those old work boxes it uses a wood screw and two ears to pull the plate to the wall and pinch it. Ultimately it would work with any keystone should you need it, and you can use a 2 & ¼ inch (57mm) hole saw to make the hole necessary for it! I'm using 1 & ¼ inch long #6 wood screws. I screwed them all the way into the ears before installing them to cut the threads in the plastic. While I used ABS there's no reason I can see that PLA wouldn't work.
