I wear a Leatherman on my right hip. Have for years. Feel naked without it. Gets awkward at the public pool but that's another discussion. One thing I've just put up with is it sliding forward on my belt, so I'd just push it back into place without thinking about it. As you see in the pics I wear a narrow nylon web belt - about an inch wide is all. This clip slides onto the belt to keep things in place. Has internal cleats on the back portion to bite into the belt material a bit. I also rounded the side against my leather sheath so it isn't so sharp. FreeCAD file included so tweak as you need. I used PETG and added a couple small helper disks at each end for some added adhesion. Otherwise use a brim. Print sharp edge side down.
