This is my 3D printable version of Brook’s cane sword, inspired by the Soul King himself from One Piece! I built this as part of a full Spearman Workshop video where I take the sword from concept to completion. There were plenty of bad ideas to start but one very cool final result.
This prop is designed for cosplay or display and includes both the cane sheath and blade. It prints in multiple parts for easy painting and assembly, with dowel/pin slots for stability. The whole build is lightweight and durable.
I'd suggest cutting the blade into 3-4 piece to prevent it from wobbling, but everything else should be able to print as is.
