I made a door hing that fits the SV08 and allows the glass doors to open 270deg.
BOM
4 - M4x12 CH for hinge pin from top only
8 - M3x12 CH for glass (reuse plastic gromet)
8 - M3x10 FH or slightly longer
1 - M3 drill & tap
Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Mount the bracket and hinge to the glass panel.
Step 2 - Using the magnets to hold the panel in place mount the door to the printer.
Step 3 - Use a combination square to get the distance between top of frame and top of bracket.
Step 4 - Remove door.
Step 5 - Remove bracket from hinge and place on frame using combination square to get correct placement.
Step 6 - Using bracket as drill guide drill and tap holes.
Step 7 - Attach bracket to frame and reattach hinge and panel.
Step 8 - Open door to gain access to bottom bracket holes and repeat step 6.
Rinse and repeat for opposite side panel.
I will work on a clip system to keep them open at some point.
