I have been refining this design for years. It finally occurred to me to make it print-in-place then rotate into position. This allows me to create exactly the hook shape I want and print it in the optimal orientation. Be sure to use a filament and settings than can take the heat of a car interior.
improved version:
Added an angle to the hook so that the hook will have closer to perpendicular to the floor.
I'll leave the original file.
