You should print two of these, one on each side of the flywheel cage, printed at 0.1mm layer height, 80% infill (for a bit of squish) in TPU filament, the more flexible and grippier the better. To remove the stock fly wheels, I had just taken a flat head screw driver and put leverage underneath the flywheel in the opening, and it just pops off easily. And Finally, to add the new flywheels, just slide them onto the existing motor pins and make sure to move them up and down to line up with each other and the opening to the barrel.
