I didn't like the other rok tampers I tried, so I made my own. 49.7mm diameter, fits my portafilter perfectly but depending on your settings you may need to deburr along the tamping edge.
I printed in PLA, 0.2mm layer height, 3 walls, 50% infill. You could go 4 walls for extra strength. I had no problems with warping, but you could use a brim if you're worried.
