Vibration dampener for jetski trailers or similar with “slipper spring” style open ended leaf springs. This is for trailers with a very low load compared to their rating, causing the springs to compress very little over normal bumps. These act as pre-springs but still allow the main leaf spring to compress if loaded more or if there is a large bump.
The infill and number of walls can be modified to adjust the stiffness for different load weights. The static load weight with 4 walls and 25% gyroid infill is less than 100lbs. Print in tpu.
