It is a snug-fitting lid that wonderfully "clicks" in and is reasonably tight, if the can falls over nothing runs out, but in the backpack I would not put it ;-P
The bull logo is more powerful and 1mm deep into the lid, for better contrast it can be well filled with color varnish or other fillers.
