Instead of Card i wanted to gift a Litophane Frame. To pack it nicely i designed an Innlay to wire the Backlight and place the Frame. I also added a little slit to add some Money or a little extra Card (in my Case Money and a Voucher for a Litophane)

i Printed everything on the MK4S 0.20 Fast Setting. The Box and inlay is White PLA, the Frame Golden SilkPla and the Ribbon Red TPU A95.
