This isn't audiophile quality… the speaker is less than $15 dollars. I just wanted to have speakers on a budget that still sounds good. The enclosure/cabinet was designed to fit a HiviB3N 3in speaker (Part # 297-428 from Parts Express). I don't have any holes for terminals to pass through the inclosure, so holes will need to be drilled.
To print, no supports are needed. I would print with 5 perimeters and a 25%. infill. To improve the rigidity, you can add a thin layer of epoxy on the inside facing sides of the parts. The two pieces snap together, but I also used epoxy to make a seal.
Make sure to have some sort of gasket between the speaker and speaker mount to make sure you have an air tight seal.
