A parametric set of organisers for standard 9.5 mm and 13 mm (Japan) driver bits—perfect for keeping your tools secure and tidy in a toolbag.
Each slot uses spring-tab retention to hold the bit firmly in place so it won’t rattle loose or fall out during transport, but can still be removed easily when needed.
This design includes parameters for two runs with different spacing to accommodate wider bits. Standard spacing of 9mm works well, can set both to the same if desired:
First run:
Spacing = 9 mm
NoSlots = 4
Second run:
Spacing2 = 12 mm
NoSlots2 = 3
Because the design is fully parametric, you can adjust these values to fit your exact requirement and bit assortment.
This model is a great base for further customization — for example, you can add mounting holes or other features tailored to your specific application or toolbox.
