In order to work properly, this file has to have the Walls printing order parameter set to Inner/Outer in slicer.
Material : TPU (95A used and it works lovely)
Layer H : 0.12-0.32 mm
Infill: 100%(or just use 6/6 top/bottom layers )
Nozzle D : 0.4-0.8mm
Color: of your choice
Scalable : Yes (up to 110mm in slicer works OK)
Estimate print time : aprox. 15 min per unit on 60 mm OD of the lid
