This design is optimized to print well using JLC's 3D printing service. I have printed it using their MJF process with PA12 nylon for extra strength so that it doesn't blow up, and so far it's run up to 24,000 RPM without issue.

It is similar to other designs, but slightly thicker features for both toughness, as well as to pass the minimum wall thicknesses at JLC. As of August 2025, printing 1 piece at JLC in MJF Nylon PA12 costs 3$USD.

I have attached a few files with different # of blades which might affect your airflow.

The Fusion360 file is included, and there is a user parameter that lets you change the # of blades in the design.
