This is the second version of my stream deck module 32 case.

I added 8 encoders (KN-040) with 360 degree rotational freedom and the ability to be pressed down and act as a button. (For example: Encoder roatating → Volume Up/Down, Encoder pressed: Mute)

The Encoders are connected to a arduino mega 2560 mini replacement board. There is a recess at the top for the encoders nut; additionally there are two printed rest-bars to put under the encoders.

The arduino and the stream deck are both connected to a cheap small usb-C splitter. The splitter goes to a lockable neutrik NMC-C socket on the back.

The first print came out nice, the module is a really tight fit. (So you just press it in, it wont fall out.)

The heat-inserts for securing the bottom and the encoder rest-bars are supposed to be M3 with 6mm diameter and 6mm length.

There are three cutouts inside the case (on the bar the module rests on) for cable binders or other sort of cable fixation.

Printed with 3 perimeters, 25% infill, supports only on printbed (support distance 4mm)

Edit:

The arduino mega pro 2560 i got from amazon was not what he promised to be; so I took two arudino pro micro I had lying around. Tomorrow I will add a pcb-usb hub to connect the parts and a neutrik usb-c port.
