Rather than struggle to match a filament to the color of my house, i painted the sign to match the house. The fit between the letters and the background is not friction tight, to allow for the thickness of house paint.

The negative space was printed face down to pickup the build plate texture. The “O” negative space prints separately. I printed the main body face up and turned on ironing for the top surfaces. Glue all the pieces. together after painting. I used a few drops of cyanoacrylate. (Crazy glue)

To paint, I started with rattle can sandable automotive filler primer to help hide the layer lines. (I didn't sand - but the primer did help to fill the layer lines). For the color, I thinned Sherwin Williams Emerald Acrylics with a bit of water and applied using a 3d printable venturi nozzle sprayer.  (I really hate brush strokes)!

I attached it to the house with double sided carpet tape.

The font used is Google Sans Bold. Sadly, fusion 360 doesn't let you dial in the font spacing with kerning/tracking tweaks.

I've included the source files if you want to swap in a different font or tweak the offsets. You might have to update the sketch for the “O” punch-outs post font change.
