I added 2.5mm more clearance on the gusset section of this part. The screws that are used to fix the x-axis rods in place where just barely rubbing on this bracket. Now I can use the full z height without any rubbing or binding.
This will fit the front right side of the frame. Mirror it in the slicer for the left side.
