I had a Planck keyboard where the USB-C port ripped off the PCB, making it impossible to reattach. I purchased a USB-C breakout board and wired the PCB to it to give new life to the keyboard, but the extra thickness of the breakout board meant that the keyboard didn't sit flat in the case. To alleviate this issue, I modeled and printed a tiny cylindrical ring that would fit over top of the mounting screw holes on the PCB to give equal extra space and support to all six screws. It's kind of a niche thing, but beats putting a rolled up piece of tape between the switches to try and keep the board lifted.
