I did my own design for bike grips to be printed from TPU95.
To ensure that grips fit perfectly to your bike handlebar insert “negative volume” cyclinder in Prusaslicer in the middle of model.
Example: for my handlebar was negative volume 22x22x99 + 3mm above the surface
Material: TPU95A
Material profile: Prusament TPU95A
Settings:
2 perimeters
7-10% infill for optimum cusion effect
rectilinear infill pattern
Gyroid and Line pattern works as well.
