This model is fully customisable for your bike - the example .stl file included fits on mine but you can tweak all the dimensions using OpenSCAD to suit your needs. A bit of experimentation may be needed to get the fit just right, but it's a pretty quick and easy print (about 6g / 25 mins).
Compatible with all first-party Quad Lock sockets (phone cases, universal adaptors, etc.). If you need to model and print these yourself, I have models on my page you can use: https://www.printables.com/model/1393412-quad-lock-male-female-adaptors-universal-mount-for/files
Printing tips:
- Strongly recommend printing in a less brittle filament than PLA (PETG is a good option)
- The model should be printed in the orientation that the OpenSCAD file outputs
- Supports shouldn't be needed if the clip opening is large enough
- Layer height ≤0.16mm to ensure the locking pins have sufficent detail: at 0.20mm only one layer is printed which makes a slightly loose fit in the socket
- Glue a piece of rubber band on the inside to prevent the clip rotating too much.Glue a piece of rubber band on the inside to prevent the clip rotating too much.
