I am publishing this so that some people can draw inspiration for their own personalized DIY projects.
So it is not made with the intent of being an universal solution, it is made for custom machines with a linear rail on top of a 2020 profile.
The main hardware is a a few of M3 Inserts, leadscrew m8, a linear rail mgn12c, a m8 nut, a nema 14, a coupler and 3 PCB endstop, plus the 5w laser module LT-40W-AA.
