Print with support. Standard supports worked better than tree supports for me. I printed with ASA because it will be stored outside in a box on the porch and temperatures can reach 100F.
I included the Fusion360 file if you want to add a hole on the back for a magnet or if you need to modify it for your specific smoker probe.
