I added an optional wrench that can be added. It has a nice snug fit to the tool (you may have difficulties getting it off again). The tool also has a square hole to fit a 3/8 inch ratchet handle.
A steel tool may be more durable, but if you incidentally use it, a PLA version may just be fine. And printing is usually faster than shipping. I recommend to use a darker colour than I did, so it will look less nasty after using it.

PS the handle on my photos is shorter than the one in the STL. With the short one I was lacking some torque.
