For a better grip on the potentiometer shaft, I added a nut and a set screw to fasten the knob.

The left model is for 6.3 mm potentiometer shaft, the right one for 6.4mm.
The left model has a little bit smaller hole for the quadratic nut. The right model can handle normal M3 nuts (2.4mm thick), which are a little bit thicker than the quadratic M3 nut (2.2mm thick).
I use set screws (x3 or x4mm), a normal M3 bolt is also usable but not so smart.
