Hey, I share this SRAM Blips model which I made to design some Endcaps for my Aerobars.
You can use it to make your own Blips mount.
Dont forget, that the 2 Blips are mirrored, so you will have to mirror your model in the end to have two versions.
I printed the Mount in TPU allowing to squeeze the Blips in and its just more comfortable.
