The YouTube channel “Everything's Been Done” reviewed a bunch of AliExpress cycling products that are actually worth buying, Amongst these was this really neat bar-end bike bell, and seeing as I needed a new bell, I bought one.

It was really good, except the wedge to fix it in worked about 30mm inside the handlebar, so I couldn't get it tight enough to prevent the bell from moving, or if I did, it muffled the sound.

Having a 3D printer though, this wasn't a problem, and I printed a retaining wedge that works parallel along its whole length rather than just at the end. You'll need an M5 threaded insert to make this work, and I printed in PLA, with three walls for a bit of strength.
