Modifies ebeeche's MK4 design and gabr42's MK4S adjustment. Goal: On MK4S, camera sees nozzle w/o gantry hitting camera.

See differences section for more details on what changed. For ease of use, I have reuploaded ebeeche's cable-clamp-v1 and camera-arm-v1, which are known to work with my updates. Print out several clamps as they may break when you try to attach them. Although it helps a lot if you slide them on instead of trying to snap them on.
As a side note, with the x-axis base you have an obstruction on your x-axis. If the printer does an x-axis calibration and the camera mount is attached, you will fail the calibration because the gantry cannot go as many steps as it should due to the obstruction. So if you need to calibrate x, remove the x-axis base, and put it back when you are done. This is true for my remix, as well as ebeeche's original design.
