I originally made this for the Oculus Rift (https://www.printables.com/model/156295-oculus-quest2-quest3-strap-upgrade) and it works great. Recently, I realized I had the same issue with my headlamp so I resized it to fit the narrower (~1") strap there.
Print both parts without supports. Size is XXL but can be made smaller by cutting off chevrons.
