I had gotten my hands on an 8gig RPi4 model and decided to give it a go for a portable game station. Despite having many cases online, none fits the Waveshare 7inch screen I had so gone back to the drawing board with this.

Parts:

  1. Waveshare 7inch Resistive Screen (had buttons on the side & port on top)

  2. Heatsink with Dual Fans

  3. Raspberry Pi 4 8GB Variant
  4. 14 pcs - M3 x 10 Screws (you can go shorter too)
  5. 4 Brass Spacer M3 x 2cm (Went with whatever was provided with the screen, if yours is different then just increase the body's wall height by a few mm)
  6.  L Angled USB Cable
  7. HDMI Female to HDMI Mini Adaptor for the Pi
  8. HDMI Male to HDMI Male U Adaptor
  9. Kickstands

Assembly is simple, just slot everything in & it should fit. Don't worry bout the Pi, the ethernet port area should slot in with the cutout and hold it together. If yr using a different heatsink then just adapt the height in Fusion file. The Pi should not rattle.
PS. Do note the SD Card slot area is a bit tricky. In my testing it was a bit pain to remove the card after inserting it in. Might rectify if needed.
You can print this in PLA or PETG both. It works on my end. Also, the openings for the cables to pass from screen to Pi might be different for your specific cable. Just adjust or cut it as per your requirement.

Will add more pictures later, videos if anyone needs.
