Like so many others, I re-invented the Hirth locking joint. Mine has a few features specific to my needs.

It is 40 mm outer diameter, 7 mm thick, with a central hole for a ¼-20 or similar bolt or shaft. The central recess is 2 mm deep, 27 mm in diameter. It is meant to accommodate my printed adjuster knob. There are 2 holes spaced 24 mm apart, countersunk for #5 or #6 wood screws. There are 31 radial ridges, allowing 11.6 degree rotation increments.

I print them with PETG, but PLA would be fine. The FreeCAD file is available on request. It is 12.6 MB.
