The Jonsbo C6 ITX Tower has notoriously bad air flow. These panels let enough air through.

No supports, no additional parts required, just print an install.

I included:

  • Meshed versions which I created inside orcaslicer with a modifier (15% 3D Honeycomb Infill, 0 top and bottom shell layers)

  • Solid version for you to modify according to your wishes in the slicer

  • STEP files for you to go crazy in CAD

Edit 29.06.2026:

  • Removed the "meshed" STLs. Apparently the export of the meshed versions from OrcaSlicer doesn't work

Get the meshed side panels following step-by-step guide in OrcaSlicer (see screenshots).

  1. Right click on loaded panel STL -> Add Modifier -> Cube

  2. Scale (hotkey: S) and Move (hotkey: M) modifier to position

  3. Move cube so that it penetrates the panel

  4. With generic cube selected:

    1. Top shell layers to 0

    2. Bottom shell layers to 0

    3. Sparse infill density 15% (you can play around with this)

    4. Sparse infill pattern: 3d Honeycomb (you can play around with this)

  5. Slice plate and you're done!
