Last year, I created a “baking tray” for cookies made of this colorful modeling clay we all know (not sure if I'm allowed to mention the brand name :)). I remembered it when this competition started. Since I hadn't saved the old design, I recreated it completely parametrically. All corners are rounded, and I also added features for easier printability.
All of the posted ones should be printable on pretty much any machine (min. size 180 mm like the Prusa Mini, A1 mini, V-Minion… - just adjust if you only got something like a V0).
I’d recommend to deactivate Print settings - Layers and perimeters - Advanced - External perimeter first (if active)
The darker examples were printed with standard settings (balanced) on a Prusa CoreOne without any problems.

(Open .f3d in Autodesk fusion. Right click on Body to get to the export menu at the end)
Since the design is parametric, please always check it in CAD (Fusion) and later in the slicer preview. Parametric designs can generate weird things. Most calculations are within the sketch (in case you want to edit some of them), the other ones in the features (chamfer… symbol at the bottom).
Parameters (Autodesk Fusion—there's a hobby license you can get):
- Bottom_Chamfer (chamfer for nicer printing + less sharp edges, 60° for easier printability)
- Brim_Corner_Radius (corner radius of the brim at the top)
- Brim_Width (brim width)
- Feature_Height (thickness of the bottom and brim)
- Top_Radius (radius under brim, default brim width + 1 for printability and safe handling)
- Total_Height (total height)
- Total_Length (total length)
- Total_Width (total width)
- Wall_Radius (radius of the outer and inner wall - same as Brim_Corner_Radius -> safe handling + no sharp edges thanks to the combination of Top_Radius and Brim_Corner_Radius)
- Wall_Thickness (thickness of the wall)
How to edit parameters:
Open the option to change the parameters
- Go to the Modify menu in the toolbar at the top of your design.
- Select the Modify Parameters command.
Alternatively, you can press the S key on your keyboard, open the search field, and type “para” to quickly find the Modify Parameters option.
Adjust the parameters
The Change Parameters dialog box displays all the parameters used in your design.
Edit existing parameters: Simply click in the corresponding field for the parameter you want to change (e.g., height, width, depth) and enter the new value. Changes are applied immediately in the model.
Please contact me if you encounter any error (before giving a bad review).
Have fun. I would be really glad to see some in action.
Please note that 3D-printed parts are not necessarily hygienic. Therefore, please clean them regularly or simply reprint them.
Printing quality is just because of the wet filament and no tuning. Yes, I made those ‘cookies’ in a rush, just as an example. As you can see, my photography skills are legendary :)
PS: Autodesk fusion parameters. Step-file just in case you want to edit it manually
