A neighbor lost the plastic tray that went inside the automatic card shuffler we always use to shuffle cards with. I took measurements, designed a replacement, and printed it. Now you can use it too!

Features

  • Fits most automatic card shufflers
  • Optional ladybug design for multi material printers (or single extruder setups)

Print

  • No supports
  • Printed with PLA
  • 0.3mm layer height
  • 0.4mm nozzle

Instructions (Basic)

  1. Download the model
  2. Place the model in your slicer either front side forward or front side down
  3. Export the GCODE
  4. Print the model

Instructions (Ladybug)

  1. Download both the Card Shuffler Tray (Ladybug) 1 and Card Shuffler Tray (Ladybug) 2 files
  2. Place the models in your slicer front side down
  3. Align the models so that the ladybug design of the Card Shuffler Tray (Ladybug) 1 file fits within the recessed design of the Card Shuffler Tray (Ladybug) 2 file
  4. Enable a purge tower in your slicer and preview the GCODE to ensure a filament/tool swap is present
  5. Export the GCODE
  6. Print the model
    • If using a single extruder printer
      1. Open the exported GCODE file with your favorite text editor
      2. Modify the tool change code to pause the print using the M0 command
      3. Start the print
      4. When your printer pauses, swap your filament
      5. Resume the print
    • If using a multi material printer
      1. Print the model per your slicer's settings
