A Swatch box for Numakers PLA+ Swatches.
Print in place hinge and magnetic lid for convenience.
Important: Magnet orientation
The lid will not snap close if the poles aren't oriented in the same direction.
There is a pause on layer 69 for inserting magnets, if using the print profile as is(recommended).
You may have to adjust the pause if using a thicker first layer (0.25mm) or printing at a lower resolution overall.
Make sure all of the magnets have the same pole orientation (north or south) facing the same direction.
Insert the magnets and resume print.
Designed for 8mmx3mm disc magnets but you can use smaller magnets (6mmx3mm), keeping in mind that the snap strength will be lower.
Note: Brass Nozzle recommended for its non-magnetic properties as the magnets will want to stick to a hardened steel nozzle.
If using a hardened steel nozzle then it is recommended to put a drop of superglue(cyanoacrylate) in the magnet pocket before putting in the magnet. If you can use a brass nozzle to avoid glue.
