I loved Landon Campbell's made-for-Gridfinity dispenser idea! But I wanted a couple tweaks for my own environment. Among other things I added a bumper so that the tape roll could not fall off and reoriented the cutting surface to cut vertically.
It fits perfectly into a two by one Gridfinity slot. And there is enough room built into the unit to allow you to dispense tape without removing it from the grid.
Add tree supports just for the floating bumper end of the tape arm and you'll be good to go!
